Our Concert Helper Program offers a unique opportunity for individuals who love music and enjoy working with children to be part of the African Music Academy’s live performances. As a concert helper, you’ll assist with event setup, audience coordination, and backstage support, ensuring our concerts run smoothly and that guests, especially children, have an unforgettable experience. This role is ideal for substitute teachers, educational assistants, and those with a background in child engagement.

Additionally, our strongest and most dedicated applicants in the Concert Helper pool will have the chance to train as Concert Guide Vocalists—a special role where you’ll perform with us on a regular basis, singing alongside our performers and helping lead the children's choir during our concerts. This pathway provides the chance to grow from behind-the-scenes work to center stage, becoming an integral part of our musical journey.
