2024 Summer lessons and sessions(NEW)
This summer, we're launching a pilot program in response to many requests I receive during the school year. Many parents and teachers inquire about private lessons, to which I explain the difficulty of accommodating due to my busy schedule in schools. After careful consideration, I'm trying this idea: summer coaching lessons and sessions for teachers, adults, children and the general public interested in African-inspired music.
One on One Lessons: (Online in the comfort of your own home) What sets this program apart is its tailored approach. Unlike formal music programs abundant around the globe, I'll focus on coaching you in specific areas you wish to develop. This isn't a rigid curriculum; it's about enjoyment and growth. Whether it's refining your singing, mastering drumming techniques, honing songwriting skills, exploring music production, or even crafting your personal brand or YouTube channel, I'm here to share insights gleaned from decades of experience in the music industry.
Online cost: $30 (Canadian) per half an hour
Not sure? Book a 15-minute free online session so I can get to know you and discuss your goals.
Corporate and Community Sessions: An interactive 45-minute performance or drum circle by Garth Prince, perfect for team building or bonding. Suitable for up to 50 people, this energetic presentation will have you moving and drumming right away! Cost: $300 per show which includes djembe drums and a mini PA system with a microphone for in or outdoor use.
